Every child should have access to the Internet

Although I didn't vote for you, you are my President, and I hope for your success, as I'm a firm believer of Reganonomics, if you and the Country in general are successful, it will trickle down to my success as well.
Regarding Internet access for every child, I believe every child already has Internet access via their Public Library.
